"I ordered shirts with a guaranteed delivery date of Friday, it is now Monday. I contacted support and they responded on Saturday, they were very short and rude and completely unhelpful. They stopped responding before 3pm then Monday I received more responses but still here at 10:36 pm I have not received info with a new tracking number or any confirmation that my order is being reshipped. This was for an order for a customer which I had to discount tremendously because I did not meet my deadline. I will never use jiffy shirts again and I will be disputing my bank if I do not receive my items tomorrow. "
"I have ordered a few times from them. I used to get my order by date given at checkout. The last couple times I’ve ordered from Jiffy shirts my order has been delivered at least a day late. Not happy with this since the reason I ordered from them in the first place is because of shipping time given. I’ll take my business somewhere else. "
"I placed a pretty healthy order last week w/ jiffyshirts.com. The shipping date updated through their system and moved 24 hours every 24 hours for the first few days. Then, they sent me a message saying they needed my phone number to call and “verify” my order (phone number was included in my account and no one called - still hasnt called). The money had already been deducted in full from my bank account within the first two hours. I tried to contact them twice and tracked the package via UPS. First, it said my package had been delivered and received, then they put a hold on my “partial” shipment through UPS and recalled it. I received nothing. They sent an email saying they couldn’t verify my account info and they would refund my money once the “full” shipment returned to them. This all elusive “part 2” of my package is still floating around UPS fantasy land 6 days later..but we know the deal. If I’ve seen it once, Ive seen it 1,000 times with flaky e-commerce biz. They either sold inventory they falsely advertised and fulfilled an order they couldn't deliver on or, it was a quick 7 day investment of my money to cap off of for profit, then refund it. Do yourself a favor if you have orders to fulfill yourself and need a dependable company to do what they say they’re going to do and DO NOT buy from these people. Totally unprofessional and unreliable. 100% unsatisfied customer and small business owner."
"I had placed an order about a year ago and I was completely satisfied. Shipping was a little long, but that didn't bother me. As soon as I received my box of shirts I made sure to check that I received the correct sizes and I was missing 3 items. I got a hold of customer service and they made sure to send me those items which I then received fairly quickly. I would definitely order from them again, and definitely recommend to anybody!

"I recently placed an order with JiffyShirts.com. I was a little hesitant due to the negative reviews about non-existent customer service and wrong shipments. I'm here to tell you... their customer service is AMAZING even if they accidentally mess up your shipment. I ordered over 20 shirts. They came in 3 separate shipments. All were very quick and came by the date estimated when I ordered. One shirt that came was incorrect. I logged into my account and selected the option that there was an item wrong in my order & sent the form off to them. I received an email back the SAME DAY with a new tracking number and an apology for the incorrect item. That item came within 2 days (super fast!), but was unfortunately wrong again. I did the same process of marking the item wrong on the order and made a note that if they couldn't send the right shirt then a refund was okay. I received an email the SAME DAY (after hours at that) apologizing for the wrong item and they wanted me to get the correct shirt so they mailed out another one and that one was correct. They even followed up the day after my order showed received to make sure that I did receive the correct shirt. Again, I ordered over 20 shirts and only 1 of them was wrong, plus they did an amazing job at fixing it. Even though they don't have a customer service number, they are VERY quick to respond via email to fix your issue. I will definitely order from them again! "
"So I placed an order received a shipping date took off work due to packages being stolen in my home area and not until 6:30 I tried tracking said package only to receive another date almost a week after I ordered my shirts. When I put in an order with them, I don't have to worry about receiving it in a prompt time. The quality of the shirts are great. "I ordered 8 shirts and when I received my order 6 of the shirts were the wrong items. The only way to contact them is by entering your order number as and your last name. I've done that five or six times, and it says order not found. I guess I'm stuck with the wrong items. There is no phone number to call them. The number that is listed is incorrect.
I've ordered from them several times before and their products are excellent, however I will not be ordering again."

"I ordered 4 shirts yesterday online and realized about an hour after I placed the order that I ordered the wrong size of one shirt! I was able to quickly get that corrected from their website and they sent me correction confirmation within the hour! Shortly after they corrected my mistake I realized I needed to order a hoodie also! So they offered free shipping since I forgot to add that to my original order... again, all able to be processed online... then once I pressed process order I immediately saw I ordered the wrong color hoodie!
