"I ordered a bulk item that apparently they cant ship because its so they say “over sized”. They, having the knowledge of this let me wait for an email that said it may or may not be in stock so i’ll need to wait 3-5 day of shipping provided I give them my VIN number saying they need this to insure fitment. Its a replacement part that fits 04-07 year. So they didnt need this information to begin with. Its day 6 and no notification what so ever. I decided to email since they had no follow up. The next day I get an e-mail saying they cant ship it because i guess they tried all of the shipping services and decided they cant ship it because its over sized. Which would make perfect sense of being over sized if I havent ordered side skirts which are in length considered over sized on ebay and was delivered through USPS. Waste of time and they do not understand this. They knew perfectly well and I doubt they didnt whether or not they can ship but made me wait anyway as if nothing is wrong. And the most obnoxious part is no notification what so ever. This being a business of selling parts is extremely unprofessional. So they canceled my order 3 days ago so i expect a reverse on my credit card. Now I need to spend more time to dispute this to the bank since no refund happened! Try other places to order. Not this trash of a place."
