"I ordered a part. Got email confirmation. 10 days later, there is no part, no tracking and no update. Not to mention the shipping charge is $10 less than the cost of the part. I am paying almost twice for a part that I have not seen in 10 days."

"Since I can pick up the parts without shipping fees, that's of course a huge plus.
What would really help, is to be able to know from the website, whether the parts are in stock. Other vendors such as www.thesaabsite.com list stock levels on their site. That gives you an idea how long it will take.
Furthermore, once the confirmation email is sent for the sale, it would also really help to estimate when the parts will be ready for pick up. Instead, the message is just "wait until we get back to you", paraphrased of course."
"Tried ordering a clockspring using the parts diagrams listed on the site, and 8 days after placing my order, I had contacted customer support because my order status was still unchanged. I was told that I needed to give them my vin, which I did. They then told me I needed a different part which they had quoted me an extra $63 for the correct part. And the new part number they gave me wasn't even on the site. After authorizing payment, it took another 6 days for the item to even get a tracking number, and another 3 to ship. And then upon arrival the box had a nice big label that read "damaged upon arrival". Seriously not impressed."
"Very little communication about my order--other than a request to give them the VIN for the vehicle on which I intended to use the part. After I replied to that email declining to give a VIN, and stating that I absolved them of any responsibility for the part I had ordered being suitable for my intended use, I heard nothing for nearly two weeks. Finally, the part arrived this morning, and was exactly as ordered (and correct for my application, and then an email saying it had been SHIPPED arrived this afternoon, giving me the tracking number that matched the package which had arrived this morning ! Perhaps I should pro vide a couple of pounds of coffee and a coffe maker to the parts department there ??"

"I ordered interior parts for my 2001 SAAB 9-3 but asked the team to double check the part numbers. The order experience was painless and the website worked very well. Within a short time frame a received a note that for one part I had given the wrong part number and the right part was on a long term backlog and the other part was no longer available and therefore the order was cancelled. This is a much better result than receiving the wrong part and having to go through the hassle of returning parts. I would order from this company in the future. "
