"I am traveling and needed a car part. I tried to purchase, but I got an ERROR message and my credit card was declined. I tried four different cards and it was the same result.
I called the dealership and told them about my issue. The first thing the guy said was, "Are you using different addresses for Shipping and Billing?" As I don't actually live in the AirBnB where I'm staying and was trying to have the part shipped, of course I was using two different addresses. I have never had a problem with this before.
In order to get the order to go through, I had to change my Billing address on one of my cards and will have to go back and change it back, after I've received my part.
So... My questions are:
1. If you can't use different addresses, why give the option?
2. If you know this is a problem, why hasn't something been done to correct it?"
