Called Jim Ellis Toyota parts department and they said they could not take a CC over the phone for this part. Passed me to internet sales guy. Same answer. Not a good customer service experience. They blamed it on the online parts purchasing site. Overall, I spent about 25 minutes ordering a part for my mom that should have taken 5 minutes. Please do not call me just because I didn't give you 5 stars unless my input actually changes your policy on CC's."
