"Got declined initially because my CC billing and shipping are not the same. So, had to change the shipping to my PO Box. Takes away the convenience of shopping online. Called Jim Ellis Toyota parts department and they said they could not take a CC over the phone for this part. Passed me to internet sales guy. Same answer. Not a good customer service experience. They blamed it on the online parts purchasing site. Overall, I spent about 25 minutes ordering a part for my mom that should have taken 5 minutes. Please do not call me just because I didn't give you 5 stars unless my input actually changes your policy on CC's."
