"After looking for several months and two visits to Jim Hudson, we decided on a pre-owned Certified low mileage 4Runner. The sales staff was excellent, but we felt very rushed through the financing and paperwork portion of the sale. The built-in screen on the desk where the documents were shown and where we signed was very hard to read due to the glare. Also, when we asked about specific rates for extended warranties we were considering we kept getting told the monthly cost, not the final cost. The road hazard coverage for tires and wheels that the finance employee told us he could use a "coupon" on and it would cost us almost nothing was actually $982. After the transaction was completed and we asked for copies of all the paperwork, we were handed a card with a built-in jump-drive for our records. When we got home, none of our computers had a port capable of reading it, so a week later we drove up there to get printed copies. We would purchase another car from Jim Hudson but next time will be more assertive with the finance staff to ensure we do not feel rushed during that important part of the deal. "
