They where used shoes I sent pictures they tried to offer me 10% of my money back wich I spent 90 dollars then the customer service rep did not mute her phone and was talking so much trash I recommend nobody order off here their shoes are fake and used ! Also when I talked to the supervisor he was very rude and took the discount away and told me to send the shoe back so now I have to find away to mail the shoe I’m disabled . And now I have to wait for my money they **** !"
"I heard about Jimmyjazz on a blog, the blogger stated they deliver all shipments within 5-7 day's. I went online Jimmyjazz.com October 20 2019, and purchased $345 of men's clothing. I paid extra for express shipping.. today is November 10th 2019. Customer service will not return my emails and every time I get them on the phone they mysteriously get disconnected, I wouldn't shop with Jimmyjazz.com if they were paying me, if I could give Zero stars I would!"

"I bought over $180 worth of clothing about a week ago and choose to have it express delivered. I have not received the items nor have they been in contact with me through email or phone. When I call customer service, they put me on hold and never pick the phone back up. Im beyond frustrated and can do nothing but contact my bank in hopes of getting my money back. 2 day shipping means 2 day shipping right? why do I not have my items??"

They have a great selection on their site, and the store on Fordham is amazing.
I ordered Nike air-max 270's "Bauhaus" -- got free shipping -- ordered it on Monday-- and received it Wednesday.
Also bought some nice Nike Swoosh pack sweats.
Everything came packaged nicely and well.
People complaining need to make sure the email isn't going to spam or junk.
I didn't need to deal with customer service.

Missing 1 star cause i ordered my jordan 1 obsidian they day they came out 31 August 2019 0905 central time. And here it is 02 September 2019 0539 and it hasn't been shipped yet granted i didn't pay for shipping (eligible for free shipping ) . The website kept crashing cause these were highly sought so i figured the longer i take checking out the lower the chances i could get them so i didn't do expedited shipping. Well to sum this up they are good in my book. With over 170 stores plus an online presence you can please everyone and not mess up a few orders but 1.6 stars on this site out 200+ reviews , i feel lucky."

The only solution they provide was filing a claim on it, and when I tried to file a claim it said only the company ship this package to me can file a claim. They didn't offer expedited service but insisted that I send the wrong shoe back even though I haven't received my other pair. If you have time to waste on waiting order from them. They have you covered. If you need your items on time and correctly order from someone else. "
"I ordered a pair of shoes and a hoodie for my son. The next day I was reading the reviews and almost cancelled my order.
I'm so glad that I did not. Soon after my order I got a confirmation email and a day or two later I got a receipt with a tracking number I was able to track my package everyday. It arrived in great shape and my son was very happy. We will be ordering again.

"My last 3 orders at Jimmy Jazz have been a disaster. I ordered shoes and they came in brown boxes each time. These were gift items and I had to return them. One pair also looked fairly used.
I guess this is the last time I will do business with them."
