"I ordered a pair of shoes in December and still never received them I keep calling every time I call it’s like they know my number and route it so someone that says the same thing that my bank gave me a chargeback but my bank did not give me anything. I even have a letter from them stating they did not refund me my money. It’s just pure BS so that I will stop calling I am beyond **** off and I will never order from them again I have reached out to their dispute team and no response all I want is my money back. I hate this place! Not to mention my address was wrong and I called them before it shipped to correct and the address was still wrong on the invoice!!! So frustrating!"
"I ordered a pair of shoes, they were too small so I ordered one size up. They never accepted back the first pair saying they were dirty and worn (sure 10 seconds). I cleaned them and send them back (cleaner than when I received them). Again rejected and I was told to leave a message to the corporate, still waiting for an answer...

"I purchased a jeans on Sunday evening from their website. I emailed them immediately after on two forms of e-mail contact listed on their website to cancel my order. I then immediately noticed, there is no weekend support not even a live chat. By the way, they have a live chat button, but you guessed it, it doesn't work. I guess, it is there for "show" to make it seem like they are doing the bare minimum. That's a major turn off. Every single store online I deal with instant/quick weekend support for ex: Amazon, etsy, forever 21, etc. I knew something was up instantly after I clicked place order via chat or phone. Needless, to say I immediately called first thing Monday morning. A representative answered, I told her I wanted to cancel my order please because I found the exact same pants in storage, I thought I had left it in another country. She said "I'm sorry it's too late, your order has already been shipped to the warehouse. I will send a notification to the warehouse but I cannot ensure it will be canceled." It wasn't even 10 a.m yet. Most online websites ship orders around 12pm that I've dealt with. We are half way through 2019, as a consumer using technology a improvement in standards needs to met. I'm sure there are more people out Demanding it from Jimmy Jazz too. It's obviously their demand isn't as high an influx as Amazon or forever 21 or any other supplier, so why is it that not one of my two emails was looked at or atleast replied too, if I wrote it at 11pm at night wouldn't it be at the top of the queue. Biggest regret of my life and coming here reading the reviews from other customers, wow, the customer is always right. I should know, i've worked in the hospitality industry for 10 years. "

"I have purchased from jimmyjazz twice -- once in 2013 and most recently in 2019. I don't recall much about the first order, but I do remember that of the two items I bought, the Levi sneakers had a defect in the shoelace rivet eyelet. Not sure if it's just bad craftsmanship on Levi's part, or if the company just sold damaged goods or returns.
The second purchase I made earlier this year, I purchased 3 items - an Adidas tshirt, an Adidas hoodie, and a pair of Nike sneakers. I ordered a Small for the tshirt but it arrived in XL (lol how does one get that mixed up.....). Small size was no longer available on the website so I didn't even want to bother going through customer service after reading all these reviews. The Nike sneakers appeared to be in new condition, but it was not in a pristine packaging and the box was damaged.
Why 3 stars? Because shipping time was reasonable and Jimmy Jazz does offer some pretty great deals. The sneakers I got didn't seem to be widely available and was sold at a much lower price than everywhere else I looked at. Same for the Adidas items. So, if you'd like to test your luck in grabbing some items at a great price with the possibility of getting stuck with the wrong size, damaged items, or damaged packaging, jimmyjazz is your guy. For me, 100% of my experience has never been perfect...

"at christmas i ordered a vintage chicago bulls jersey. should have been free shipping but at the end it added $28.09. i immediately called customer service to cancel the order and they would not because it was "to late". item arrived too late and too small. i returned it. not only did they keep the shipping that should not have been charged in the first place they charged me shipping again for returning it. never again would i order from this website. "Ordered a pair of shoes and realized I screwed up. It was almost instantaneously. So I rushed to call to cancel the order before they even began processing it. Guess what... they have no support on weekends. If you have shoppers on weekends, how do you not have support. At all. So I emailed them right then that day to cancel the order. Early Monday I called right away when they "opened" to make sure they canceled the order as I requested via email. They said too late. It looks like it's being processed. They said I have to wait to receive it, all though it never left their warehouse. Then return via mail only. Also, I would get LESS money back than I paid. Oh, my email response did not come until Tuesday. So yeah did that and will NEVER shop there again. This holiday season I am only doing business with businesses who respect my money.
By the way, I changed my mind on a pair of shoes I received from Footlocker. Rep said send it back with the return label or just drop it off at any Footlocker to return for me. No issues."
"Ordered online. Received wrong color shoe. Called customer service for resolution. Well they said i can pick something else because they are out of the color shoe I ordered. Or they said I can return it for a refund but I gotta pay for shipping back to them. Do not waste your time with this company. Stick to Foot Locker, etc...they have a more professional customer service base."
