Have been ordering from them for years!

"I am skeptical by nature and ordering from them the first couple of times was no exception. However, I have been ordering Bravecto from Joe's for years now and have never had an issue. And it is a lot cheaper than what my Vet charges. I will say that you have to order ahead of time if you want to get your meds on time, as it does take about 3 weeks to get the product. I just make sure I order ahead of time. With 6 dogs and a cat, Joe's has saved me a ton (about 40% less) compared to buying from my Vet. (And the packaging is identical to my Vet's packaging, with the exception that the weights listed are in metric. Even the "Merck" brand is listed on the box.)"

Ordered cat flea treatment, received dog flea treatment

"Company used to ship from Australia, now ships from Singapore. I ordered the generic Selamectin (Revolution) for feline less than 15lbs and received opened boxes of Simpatico Trio for dogs.
I’ve written the company as there is no phone number.
The good thing is that I ordered Feb 6 2022 and got the order February 16th 2022. The very bad is that I can’t use the product sent and now must wait for a new order. Plus find out how to return the wrong product.

"I've ordered from Joes 3 times Nexguard tablets for my dog. Great savings ordering from Australia & I knew from the first 2 times, they told me to expect delivery in 3 weeks, Both orders in 2. This last time a pandemic slowed everything down worldwide & I got my order in exactly 4 weeks. If your animal is sick, don't order meds online, or from around the world. No complaints. Repeat Customer."

Your Pet Could be Dead and Buried By the Time your order Arrives

"It took only a few days to get a tracking number but no updates have been made for over two weeks as the item (heartworm meds) remains in SINGAPORE on the slow boat and my dogs need their meds next week. Looks like arrival is several more weeks beyond that. RIDICULOUS!
They should only sell widgets and sponges since PET MEDS need to be delivered QUICKLY!

"Years ago this company was based in Australia which has regulations and protections in place. They now ship from China. Considering that their are no regulations or accountability with Chinese based companies, I have ceased ordering from them."

Frauds!!!

"I ordered three months ago and have still not received my package. This company is the worst I have done business with.
After numerous inquiries as to the status of my package, I only receive an email stating someone will respond within 24hrs. No one has EVER responded.
Spare yourself a lot of headache and don’t order from this company.

I received COUNTERFEIT product!!

"It took 80 days to get my order & when it arrived (Seresto cat collars) they were COUNTERFEIT I called Bayer, the maker, who confirmed that, indeed, the product was a rip off! NOT theirs, & Joe's is NOT an APPROVED SELLER OF SERESTO COLLARS I guess that's why their being counterfeited in Singapore. Bayer makes this product in Germany! Don't let them SCAM you!!!"

Fraud company

"Placed order for Revolution Cat Flea medication on April 5, 2020. A week later I get an email that my order had shipped on April 7. May 21, I emailed them that I had not received my order and its been 45 days. May 25, I emailed them that they had to send another or refund my payment as I had not received my order. This is their response:

Thank you for contacting us with your concerns.

We understand that you really do not want to wait any further and would like a refund immediately.

We can assure you that we will process a refund for your order in full.

I'm sure you understand that the pandemic has resulted in circumstances beyond our control. As your order has already shipped we have no way of recalling it. I'm afraid we cannot refund an order that is on its way to you.

Upon receipt of your order please return it to us at the address below and we will process the refund.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

"Looks like I am experiencing issues similar to others. I ordered my product weeks ago and was told 5-10 days to receive it. My pets are due for the medication and we have not received anything yet. I contacted the company and they blamed it all on COVID and the postal service. I had to ask several times where they are located and ultimately they admit they are in Singapore and have been having issues with deliveries since early March. No where on their website do they indicate they are outside of the US or that they cannot honor their commitment to deliver in 5-10 days due to postal delays. I would never have purchased from this company if I had known they were outside of the US given all the travel bans. They continue to take orders (and your payment) today and do not even provide the common courtesy of a warning. This is bad business at minimum, and fraudulent. They have refused to give a refund and instead offered me a 25% discount on future purchases. I will not be buying from this company again so a 25% is ridiculous. I have communicated with them several times and each time they copy/paste their original response and send it back to me. Poor customer service and bad business. Buyer beware."

"Update!
I ordered dewormer for my cats not realizing this company does not maintain stock or an inventory. They get the medicine I ordered from Singapore. I paid the extra postage to get shipment updates and questioned why I was not getting any updates since they claimed by email to have already shipped my order. I was given some lame excuse about covid19. Never mentioning it was coming from Singapore. After a few days it finally made it to some pile in Singapore where the shipment is stuck because of covid19 travel bans indefinitely? So I asked for a refund because my cats have worms now and medicine at some unknown future date will not help. They will not give a refund for a product I still have not received and has still not moved from the Singapore bull they like call their product inventory.
Warning do not buy from them thinking they have product in stock to ship you or even control of the product. They don't have stock. And do not believe any claim of refunds or delivery of products. My payment is lost forever and I will never get the medicine my cat needs. Just go to the vet and save yourself the BS and much time in the end.
They also do not let people post negative reviews on their site. I tried. Their site reviews are lies

Sells very old stock that is very close to the expiration date.

"Purchased Troncil wormer for cats. It arrived on January 7, 2020. The package showed a manufacture date of 04/2018 and an expiration date of 03/2020. So, in essence, the product had a useful life of less than 90 days. Also, the shipment did not originate in Australia, it was posted from Singapore. I would classify this seller as unethical and would not recommend them to anyone."
