"After buying four expensive Swiss mechanical watches from Jomashop, I finally got burned badly. My watch's crown just came off after less than a year of normal use, I packed and shipped the watch carefully ($40) -- and they refused to repair it due to the conditions listed in their 2-year warranty! Their repair "specialists" listed many "dents" and "scratches" to the watch (even a missing part which does not exist) as a reason (their provided pictures don't really show anything meaningful), which was so hypocritical because: a.) it's a tough specialty watch for extremely rugged conditions; b.) that was absolutely normal tear-and-wear", and c.) would not account for the loose crown at all. And finally, I am stuck with a broken $1500 almost new Swiss watch that is not even covered under a manufacturer's warranty which I didn't know... Their customer service (incl. manger Faith) was not willing to accommodate my requests at all and engaged in endless argument regarding their service pictures which honestly do not show anything that will prevent them from fixing my watch as promised by their warranty. I am bitterly disappointed and feeling like being taken advantage of -- will NEVER buy anything from Jomashop again!"

"I had ordered a watch from jomashop. Received a mail that the product has been delivered but i never got the product. When i called them regarding the same, they asked me to check with the neighbours and go to post office and check. They are delivering a $528 watch and asking me to check with neighbours and post office. They should have called while attempting a delivery and should at least get a signature of the receiver.
On further communications, they told me that they are going to proceed with a shipping claim, but won’t give an assurance for refund for the watch.
The entire situation was handled very badly and it made me feel as if it is a fraudulent website.

"I ordered a $4700 Chanel J 12 watch. The watch arrived in a box that was badly damaged and the back of the watch face had worn “quality stickers“ that revealed the watch had been “resold?” and worn before. Also the watch was not keeping time. I called customer service and initially they were very nice. I told them they sent me a used watch, it was worn and then it also didn’t keep time, I asked for a refund for the watch. They agreed to refund my money and sent me a return label. I said that I would like the same watch brand new. I re-ordered the new watch. I received a cancellation of my second order of the watch. When I called customer service they said, That I could not return the first watch since it had sweat marks by their analysis and a scratch so that the watch was used, I could not return it. Explain that I had to return the watch because it was used. I had sent them pictures of the watch as I received it. There’s no way I could’ve worn the watch as it had a large security tag attached to it saying that if this was removed I could not return the watch. After one month of trying to order this watch, and expecting a brand new watch for $4700, I was no closer to a resolution. They had charged my credit card and told me I had to keep the first watch blaming me for the use of it. I contacted my credit card company, Chase. I shared all my photos and concerns and the UPS tracking number showing that they had the watch returned to them. They disputed the charge so that I could get my refund for the watch. These guys are no good. They will keep trying to lie to you to keep your money. I own my own business as well and I would never stay in business with this type of service. This is a fraudulent company stay away! I contacted Chanel and paid $6000 for a brand new watch since this is what I wanted and should’ve done in the first place! I just thought I could save some money ordering through this company. Bad decision on my part I will never use them again! "
