"I was skeptical of buying a luxury watch on line. It arrived and it felt all wrong. I was told I could return without issues. I returned it immediately. Upon verifying they recieved the watch I was told they would not accept it as it was scratched. Complete and total lie. I never wore the watch outside my room at home. They are ripping me off of quite a bit of money. I asked for photos they said they would send but I have yet to recieve any photos of the "scratches" on a watch I wore around my house for an hour before boxing it all back up and returning it. If you are in the market for an authentic luxury watch stay away from Jomashop. The authorized Breitling dealer, that Breitling directed me to, before I ever even took it out of the box said that they could not say one way or the other if it was authentic. Bought on 11/14/19 recieved on 11/20/19 they got it back on 11/29/19. I shipped it back on 11/22/19"
