Do not buy from Jomashop. I was so exciting to get my new Tissot with a decent price. Got the watch after 3 days. Really quick and convenient shipping.The watch is beautiful! I suspected from the first moment that I opened the box that the watch was used. There were no plastics or nylons, but he looks pretty new so I thought maybe it's just an open box and it's still justified the price.
The problem start 2 days later, when I realized that the watch loose time. I read the instructions and set it to the correct time a few times, but with no success.
Called Jomashop and they said that it is possible that the battery is weak and they gave me 2 options: Send the watch back to change the battery or change it by myself and they will pay for it. The problem with the first option was that they want to charge me for the shipping if the battery isn't the problem because the watch is already "used" (an 5 days old watch!).
I took the second option: change the battery by myself. Faster and they pay for it anyway. When went to a watch shop the employee that change the battery told me that the battery inside was energizer battery and not an original Renata battery that come with these watches. At this point I suspected more that the watch isn't new as claimed on their website, but I was so tired from this horrible experience with Jomashop and all I wanted was a correctly working watch.
I went to sleep....and guess what?! the day after I woke up and the watch still losing time. Now I am sure that the watch was not only used, but also a defective one!
Do yourself a favor and don't throw away your money. DO NOT BUY FROM JOMASHOP! THERE ARE MANY BETTER ALTERNATIVE THERE!
P.S: the customer service rep was so rude on the phone and they tried to blame me for the problem. the worst customer service I have had!

"I ordered a pair of Polarized Ray Ban sunglasses for a vacation I was going on. I paid $9 for 2-day shipping. They arrived on time, but when I put them on, I realized that the sunglasses had 2 different lenses. One of the lenses was dark and the other lens was light - I think one of them was polarized and the other was not. Everything was blurry and even having them on for 2 minutes gave me a headache. Needless to say, I was not able to use them for my vacation. When I got back, I called customer service and the man who answered chuckled and said that there was nothing wrong with the glasses and if there was, it would be the first time it has ever happened. He said I could return them, but I would not recieve the $9 back I paid for 2-day shipping (even though THEY sent ME a defective product). Overall he was just very rude and was not interested in helping me. He was personally the worst part of my experience. I emailed someone else in customer service and she finally agreed to refund my $9 shipping charges. I sent the glasses back and it turned out that I WAS correct and the glasses WERE defective so luckily I got my refund. I understand mistakes happen so I can move on past that, but the customer service was horrible. I only gave them 2 stars because of the reasonable pricing."
