"Bought a watch from Jomashop in july. After I opened the watch and began sizing it, I saw that it was damaged on the bezel. I submitted a return request, as decided i just wanted to return it. I was approved for the return and then 2 months later I receive a service email saying that my watch is fixed and will be sent out in the next day or 2... when I called they claimed that because i had removed ONE link it means it was worn and they would take it as a return. (i packaged it perfectly with the one removed link...). Watch never worn once. and when i called they were INCREDIBLY rude... Never shopping there again."
