Yes I am yet another customer that has been provided nothing from this company other than a bill. Joo Rat LLC is in violation of various US Mail Order Rules established by the Federal Trade Commission Authority 15 U.S.C. 57a; 5 U.S.C. 552. Beyond that many of their practices are just plain fraud.

I highly recommend that you at least email legal volusion com to complain.
This is Joorats hosting provider and appears to be a very upstanding company whom will take matters of their IP range potentially being blacklisted due to illegal activities very seriously.

"I had ordered 2 Thermaltake Coolant bottles and have only received one from them. I also entered a "service ticket".
checked back a few days later and instead of saying processing, it said "resolved"
I opened another ticket and told them off, then reported them to BBB of Metro Washington DC & Eastern Pennsylvania.
They could not get ahold of them either, now I see today their web site is off of the internet.
I only lost $10. I feel for the people that lost a whole lot more but the fact still remains the same, they cheated us."

"I have the same experience as many other reviewers here. Placed an order on Oct 31. My credit card was charged immediately and the order immediately went to processing stage and couldn't be cancelled (not that I wanted it cancelled) yet I received no tracking or any other info about shipment for about 3 days at which point I decided to open a ticket. They didn't respond to that ticket for abut 3 weeks and then I opened another ticket after failing to find them on phone (voicemail box was full; so no chance of leaving a message either) to which they surprisingly responded and said they were busy moving office. It's a once in a lifetime of a thing and won't happen again. My order would ship by 25'th Nov but if I wanted to cancel I could do so. And then they went ahead and cancelled anyway. Finally I had to talk to the credit card company giving all the above information to get the refund. I can see that their website has disappeared now. Clear case of fraudulent website.
