"Terrible. I had reserved two pairs of shorts at my local store that were sold for $15 each. I was told I could pick them up within 24 hours, which I did. When I went to the store, I was told they would cost $39, that the price went up. But that was not the price I had agreed to pay when I reserved the shorts. I honored your rule to pick them up within 24 hours. But you did not honor your price. Shameful and disgusting. I have purchased literally hundreds of dollars of clothes from Jos A Bank the past few years. That's not how you treat a loyal customer. Then again, I see no reason to remain a customer of a store that would be so deceitful with its best customers. I am willing to discuss further as this message has a character limit. "If I use I-phone then shirt sizes 18 and 18.5 don't show up when I filter Dress shirts. They show-up on my computer or ipad. If I get into specific shirt the 18 & 18.5 show as available on the iPhone."
