"Not long ago, I made all of my professional clothing purchases from Jos A. Bank. I wear business attire daily and shopped exclusively with you. That changed when the local salesman that I relied upon (Richard Minsky?) retired and his store location closed (Swampscott, MA). I have several Jos A. Bank locations near me but never found another salesperson that seemed to care about my purchases. Frankly, I don't believe that I'm at all demanding (I do realize that's a matter of opinion, but truly my expectations are low in retail settings.), yet I was struck by the seeming indifference that I was met with entering other stores, most especially the Peabody, MA store. I went in looking at suits and received little by way of acknowledgement. So, I went to the nearby Brooks Brothers store and found an experience that mimicked my prior experience with Richard. I have no allegiance to Brooks Brothers but will likely continue to shop there as I get there what assistance I need. Thanks."
