Called Bank and was told that they could not lower the purchase price to the newly listed price. Was told they could not cancel order. So, I ordered a second coat and will now have to return the first coat. Seems like your call center should be able to manage both of these requests."

You can’t get rid of the stylist icon... therefore unable to “verify” that you are not a robot. Extremely frustrating. Need better testing of the mobile interface."
