"I've always thought Dell is the best computer made. This one is the best
computer I've owned and my first was back in 1994. I've owned them all and wished I had this or that but this Dell has about all I will ever need in a PC. I ordered it one day and two days later it was delivered to me. Start up was the easiest I've ever had. The computer ask me a few questions (in a women's voice) and I answered them by talking or with the keyboard. It took only a few minutes to get the machine up and running. It even imported all my folders from my old computer. Now I have a back-up computer with everything on it. I'm not worried if my old computer goes down or needing a new hard drive. I love this computer. Joy Systems is a Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher and give a 1 year warranty. I've paid much more for a computer over the years and got far less than this computer came with. I should have bought several at this price!"
