"LOOK FOR THEIR RESPONSE BELOW!!! I ordered 2 jumping balls, one pink for my daughter and one blue for my son. I will say they were delivered very quickly and my kids were very excited. My daughter is jumping away on her pink ball, but my son's blue ball had a rip in it and could not be blown up. I have emailed this company 2 times and left 2 messages with no response. I keep trying to call and now the phone, after ringing 10 times goes to a busy sound. I would have rated them higher if they would have gotten back to me so we could get this ball replaced or at least sent a replacement quickly. The no response from a vendor is the worst. RESPONSE.... They now say I am trying to get a free ball, I just want a replacement for the one that had a tear in it. Not much to ask for. I would have expected an apology and not someone arguing with me or calling me a liar. My son and daughter earned these for good report cards and what a huge dissapointment. I will email everyone in my address book with my chat and let them know not to buy from them. I am not a competitor or someone trying to get a free ball. I was trying to be a customer. "
"Great experience with JumpingBalls.com. Very fast...I had ordered at the last minute for my grandchild's birthday with no expectation of receiving then before her birthday. But in less then a week the package with the 2 jumping balls (1 for the birthday girl and 1 for her sister) arrived. They both loved them. The four year old birthday girl mastered the ball immediately and was jumping all around the house. The 2 1/2 year old is a little small but still has fun tossing it and trying to lay on top.
