"Ordered a birthday bouquet with Mylar balloon for a friend for her birthday on May 21st, she has been in her house ever since Covid dealing with health issues and thought this would help cheer her up! First someone from Just Flowers informed me that what I ordered was not available and if a “designer bouquet” replacement would be okay with mylar balloon…..I said “okay” and confirmed with them that I PAID for the early delivery service for delivery by 1pm and if the birthday arrangement would be there by that time, I was told no problem. I was then told by my friend’s sister at 5:12pm that the birthday flowers/balloon was NOT delivered to her. It was FINALLY delivered at 7:50pm! Needless to say I was VERY disappointed!! I then emailed Just Flowers customer service to let them know the situation and they told me they would check with the florist and call me back…..they NEVER did call me!! Then another email from Just Flowers customer service told me that they would reimburse $4.99 for the express delivery fee to my credit card…..they NEVER did that!! Then the last email to me said that they would give me $7.50 off my next purchase with them?! Why would I use them again after this fiasco?!?!?? Do not use Just Flowers……you will be highly disappointed!!"
"Ordered a bouquet for Mother’s Day with a guaranteed delivery date. Every day I received a text apologizing they could not deliver and would deliver the next day. This went on for four days. I submitted my inquiry online to see the status of the order but never received any response. I finally decided to call their customer service and they had the nerve to hang up on me while I was talking! How rude! I then sent them a letter asking for a full refund which I have yet received two days later. Absolute worst experience ever and quite frankly over priced! I have had much better reliable service ordering overseas with a different company. Don’t know how they are in business! Terrible!"
"I ordered flowers for Mother's Day - Sunday, May 8th - and paid a bit more than I'd expected, but felt that it upcharge was worth ensuring that these were delivered. My niece was born last July, so this was my sister's first Mother's Day.
I received a text on Saturday the 7th confirming delayed delivery on the 8th. Ok. Fine, not a big deal. But then nothing was delivered. Today (Monday, May 9th) nothing has been delivered yet (I asked my brother in law) but I have not received any text or email updates. I go online to JustFlowers.com and using my order number and email ID check the status. It's now scheduled for Tuesday May 10th...
How awful. I'm so disappointed. I will NEVER order from this company again, and I recommend that YOU reading this review NEVER give them any of your hard earned money. Purchase flowers elsewhere. "

It is fraudulent to take money for a service that they have no intention of fulfilling. Their "Customer Service" does not ever answer telephone calls or emails. "If I could give them less than 1 star I would ordered flowers payed for the next day delivery they didn’t show up gave them an extra day because shipping is crazy right now I get it! Called them was told “oh it should have been delivered today “ it wasn’t. I then was told it will be there by Friday. Ok Friday afternoon arrives and no flowers are delivered called again was then told “ oh the florist can’t do it we are trying to find a different florist.” I explained at that point they had they communicated with me I would have probably just told them to change what I ordered to a florist choice to get them there as this was already late. Was told by a manager that they would let the florist know and get them delivered on Monday in the morning. Well it is now Thursday morning and still no flowers when I call to tell them to just cancel my order and give me my money back I’m told they can’t do that they have to investigate. Still no flowers sent and their customer service is a joke I was hung up on 3 times, and when you do get them to talk to you they are rude. I would suggest running far far away you will lose your money"
"I will say the phone operators are very kind and I feel very sorry for them that they have to answer the calls to this horrible company. My daughter had surgery…. She had surgery on January 6…. I placed an order for the "fashionista chic" bouquet that evening. She did not receive the flowers for five whole days. All they would do is send me emails I would call them they would say it would be delivered the next day it never was and if that was the worst of it I would stop there. But it's not…. One of the last emails I got was that basically none of the flowers were available that I wanted except they were going to try to put in pink roses and yellow roses and white chrysanthemums and then balloon that I paid extra for it was not available so they credited me back the balloon. It was too late to cancel at this point because they never tried to call me and the flowers were going to be delivered the next day and the time difference makes it to where there was no time to cancel between my state and her state. They never took that into account when they were trying to contact florists which is what the phone customer service people told me that they forgot about the time difference and that's why that they kept calling too late to Indiana from the West Coast and shops were closed or not open at all because they waited too long and someone didn't think about the time difference at the company. Long story short I have my daughter take a picture of what finally got delivered and it's basically a $25-$30 bouquet that I could've bought at the grocery store but yet I had paid $60 for a premium bouquet they told me they would upgrade it as well for my trouble and which they did not…. The vase is completely different the ribbon is completely different and all the flowers are completely different there's 3 red roses and a couple yellow roses and the rest is all green filler probably five roses total on the bouquet the rest is filler. I literally could have picked this up at the grocery store and mailed it to her or had somebody in Indiana go get one and put it in a crappy vase and deliver it to her. They refuse to give me more money back after seeing the pictures of what I ordered and what she got…they only reimbursed me five dollars for the balloon and five dollars for the inconvenience so $10 total when I probably should've got half my money back considering I spent $83 total with delivery fees handling charges and everything said and done. I am so disappointed I can't even… my daughter received flowers from everyone with no problem days before her own mother got her flowers after her surgery…. I even called and talked to the manager after I sent the email with the picture of what she received and he was just combative would only talk over me would not stop talking kept telling me their policies and basically that I could just get over it and that it's my own fault that I didn't cancel the order. I'll have you know they never one time tried to call me even though the receipt email shows they had my phone number they instead tried to contact me by email for five times like I check my email 24 hours a day? By the time I called them back on the day of delivery it was too late to cancel! So if you want someone else to pick out flowers for you and charge you whatever they want and deliver them whenever they want then go ahead and give these people a call. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU REALLY WANT TO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR AND WANT IT TO GET TO YOUR LOVED ONE ON TIME…."
"Twice my fiance has ordered flowers as a surprise for me spending over 100 peer order and I have not received either order despite them saying that the store they used said delivered. I called on numerous occasions asking them to give me the stores direct number only to be told they could not, or they would call the store and get back to me, or the flowers would be delivered several days later or they hung up on me or remained silent on the other end. The first order I had my fiance call his bank to stop pay. This second order we will have to do the same. Horrible service. I was supposed to be surprised. I got a surprise alright! No flowers!"
