"Worst floral delivery company ever.
I've ordered from them a few times.
This time I ordered for someone for a serious illness. They emailed me stating they were delivered on Saturday the 3rd. I spoke to the recipient a couple days later. Never got the flowers. I called, and the "from you flowers" customer service said they spoke to the florist on Saturday and they were closed. They'd deliver them Monday. NEVER TOLD ME, just the email stating already delivered on Saturday.
The phone conversation on Monday, the CS put me on hold, told me she spoke to the florist and they'd be delivered today (Wednesday) before noon.
Now FYF called saying they don't deliver to that area. WTH? SERIOUSLY.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. "
"I made 2 orders at the same time and neither one ever made it to the recipients. "
"WORST COMPANY EVER! FLOWERS WILL NOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME!! Purchased flowers with Just Flowers because they guaranteed same day delivery. Flowers NOT DELIVERD. I called the next day (hope you enjoy speaking with people from China that barely speak English, because that is who you will get), was again PROMISED they would be there that day. I check back in the afternoon, only to find they have now scheduled it for the 3rd day out, which does NO GOOD, AS THE PERSON TO RECEIVE THE FLOWERS WILL NO LONGER BE IN THE HOSPITAL. Called again, disconnected from Customer Service 3 times, then ended up calling the 'Sales' line on the 4th try...sure, they answer that line, and no disconnection! Stated I wanted a refund, which was ignored, and told they would deliver the next day at a new address with apology note. From reading other reviews now, I see this is a common tactic of Just Flowers, and I will have to follow up again. They bait and switch, don't keep their word, do not provide customer service, nor feel at all compelled to assist the customer. BUYER BEWARE...go to 1800 Flowers or a local shop!"
"I had ordered flowers from justflowers before and they did not deliver in a timely manner. They sent me a 10.00 off my next purchase as an apology. Sometimes stuff happens that just can't be helped, so I thought I'd give them another try.
I ordered flowers for someone who had just tragically lost their dog and the delivery was supposed to happen the day after I made the purchase. My discount code would not work so I used their chat feature to speak with someone who told me they'd have to finish taking my order over the phone in order to give me the discount. After what seemed forever, we got the order figured out and I was told they'd process my card the following day when someone was back in the office. Normally companies will send you a confirmation of your purchase and give you updates on when your flowers are on their way and when they are delivered. This company offers crickets. Complete silence. I sent an inquiry through their website like they suggest and also an email for updates regarding my purchase. I had to call them to find out if the flowers had been delivered, the representative said they hadn't and they would have to put me on hold and figure it out. The rep put me on hold for 5 minutes and then I was hung up on. I really didn't want to call the person to see if they'd received their flowers due to the sensitive nature of the reason for the flowers in the first place. So much time had passed that I then felt odd about trying to send flowers from another company. I figured I would have to go to my CC to file for fraud. The person finally got their flowers 6 days after I had ordered them and called to thank me. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this company. I got no feedback or apology for their late delivery of flowers that really needed to be delivered in a timely manner. VERY disappointed. "
" So you should just change your name to “Just Excuses”. We ordered flowers to be delivered March 13. At 6:30 we called to ask where are the flowers. We were put on hold then hung up on....... twice. After the second hang up we got a text so sorry from them. That was our first communion from them. 30 minutes, our third call, later we were told so sorry they will arrive in two more days March 15th with an apology. Today at 6PM our daughter called and said no flowers again. Called customer service, same woman answered, ask where flowers were, put on hold, they hung up..... twice. Third time told her do not put me on hold. She said sorry we will put them on order for tomorrow. Where has order been? We ask for supervisor, put on hold for 15 minutes, finally Franco answered. Offered, wait for it ..$10.00 refund on $111.00 flower order and would try to get them to her tomorrow. When we questioned the $10.00 refund he increased it to $15.00. Whoop!!!! We hope she gets her birthday flowers tomorrow and they are the largest size we ordered. If not I’ll write another review. As it stands I could never recommend Just Flowers to anyone. My advice Just Say No to Just Flowers.

"If I could give them a minus ten stars, I would do it. I'm writing after my third notice that this place was unable to deliver flowers for the third day in a row. At first they told me no local florists would deliver my arrangement for what I paid. Since it was already a day late for my sister's birthday, I told them to go ahead and deliver with an apology note. Now, its three days since the birthday and I just got yet another notice (3rd) that they are unable to deliver. After sitting on hold for 15 minutes, I am calling my bank to figure out how to reverse the charge. This business stinks!! I would never use them again! "
"Said delivery on Saturday and here it is Tuesday not delivered. Delay delay delay. "
"Don't use this resource for flowers. I made 2 orders for holiday flowers. One arrived late substandard quality, the other never arrived. No response from customer service, they dont answer the phone."
"12/23/20 -- I ordered what I thought would be a very gorgeous arrangement for my mom to take to my father's grave. When she messaged me with a picture of what she received, I was sorely disappointed to find that the arrangement was nothing like what I paid for and looked as if it was thrown together haphazardly without care. I sent a couple of messages indicating my disappointment. Waiting for a response.
Edit 12/24/20 -- I received a message and called back. Seems all Just Flowers can do to placate my dissatisfaction is to credit $15. I am unhappy with this response and will endeavor to leave bad reviews with pictures everywhere I can. This is not a quality or professional business whatsoever. Buyer beware.
"
"I rec'd flowers that were absolutely nothing like what was pictured. It was a sad small arrangement that was not worth what I paid for at all. I have since unsubscribed from their spam emails 100x and they just keep coming. They are the worst!"
"I ordered a sympathy arrangement for a friend. The arrangement sent looked nothing like the arrangement that I ordered. I sent multiple emails to the company with no response. I called them twice. The second time I called the customer service agent looked at the picture that I sent of the arrangement and said that she could see nothing wrong with it. It looked as if a 5 year old had arranged the flowers and put it in an ugly basket. I am ashamed that this was the arrangement sent in my name to a dear friend. "
"I had a horrible experience with Just Flowers and please beware before you purchase flowers. i ordered a bouquet that was beautifully displayed on the website with orange, yellow, red and pink flowers and LIMITED green fillers. I even paid for "PREMIUM" which is supposed to be an upgrade and a step above the regular bouquet. However, what was delivered was sadly deficient and truly pathetic. I received an arrangement of 2 red carnations 6 pink asters and all red roses with mostly GREEN FILLERS. When I called to dispute what was delivered. I was told that was what is termed "value," and they offered me $10--mind you I paid close to $25 to upgrade to premium. These people are in flexible, unprofessional, and do not run a reputable business. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. I wish I was able to give ZERO STARS!
"
"WARNING!!!!!
DO NOT order ANYTHING from this company. Spread the word PLEASE!!!!!
Just Flowers website did NOT say ANYTHING about deliveries being delayed up to 6 days. It was advertised "same day" and "next day" deliveries WERE available. There was NOTHING about the possibility of an order not making it on time for Mother's Day when clearly on the website “Same day” and “Next day” Mother’s Day orders were still being accepted. The website also states “During major holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day our florists operate extended hours and delivery times are 8am-9pm”. Their guarantee states “We are committed to delivering your order despite the continued flower supply challenges related to Covid19. This may require flexibility in designing the floral arrangement and in some cases delivering on the next available day.”
There was a substitute policy saying the exact flowers may not be available and will be substituted to maintain the “look and feel” of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations” The policy also states “In single variety arrangements the variety will take precedence over color. White roses and cream roses may be substituted for each other as well as peach roses and pink roses”. Both of my orders were mixed and colorful. (Forever Bouquet & Garden Party Arrangement).
For #1 order I chose the Deluxe arrangement (“We'll add additional flowers that will coordinate with the arrangement in both style and color $89.99), rather than what was shown (Flowers are designed to be delivered as close to the arrangement pictured as possible $79.99). $10 difference.
Arrangement description - “Sunflowers, roses and lilies burst onto the scene, creating an explosion of color and fragrance. This attention-grabbing beauty is the perfect treat for a dear friend or loved one and will surely brighten their day.”
For #2 order I chose as shown (Flowers are designed to be delivered as close to the arrangement pictured as possible $59.99)
Arrangement description - “Purple, blue, cream, pink and white carnations spring to life from this bouquet, turning any occasion into a Garden Party! This lush and vibrant arrangement of flowers is a lively and vivacious token of your love and affection.”
Timeline-
Saturday, May 9, 8:00-11 am -
I placed 2 orders (#1 - “Same day” delivery & #2 - “Next day” delivery)
“Same day” to ensure I had it for my mother-in-law who grieves the loss of her son every year.
“Next day” on Mother’s day for my mom who lives 5 hours from me.
Saturday, May 9, 5:19 pm -
Received email saying #1 “Same day” wasn’t possible and next available day is scheduled.
Sunday, May 10, 2:34 pm -
Received email saying #1 “Same day” wasn’t possible and next available day is scheduled.
Sunday, May 10, 4:08 pm -
Received email saying #2 “Next day” wasn’t possible and next available day is scheduled.
Sunday, May 10 -
I emailed my disappointment with the company.
I called over 6 times trying to get a “real person” and cancelled my orders.
Monday, May 11, 6:00 pm thru Thursday, May 14, 7:55 pm -
Cancelled orders and received numerous emails, sometimes 2 in one day, stating "delivery not able to be delivered and next available day is scheduled."
Friday, May 15, 4:36 pm -
#2 (“Next day”) DELIVERED 6 days late after being cancelled on Monday
The bouquet was NOTHING like the picture. Order placed was tall and colorful mixed flower bouquet in clear vase for Mother’s Day. What was received was a short all white rose bouquet in a white lace covered vase. It looked like a wedding centerpiece and was arranged/delivered by a floral company that according to their website, “a full service, event production company that has long standing associations with some of the most talented visionaries in the bridal industry.”
Their guarantee states “If you are not completely satisfied please contact us within 7 days of delivery using any of these convenient methods listed below, and we will gladly exchange your
item, so as to rectify the issue”. Not surprisingly, I wasn’t even offered this option.
I called immediately after my mother told me she received the flowers. I FINALLY connected with a person to explain ALL my issues (that continued after cancelling) and requested full reimbursement. I was told NO and asked to speak with someone else. I then spoke with a manager “Jill” who also told me NO to full reimbursement. She did offer me $5 refund for the late delivery, then increased it to $15 for inconvenience. I asked to speak with someone above her and she explained there wasn’t anyone. I then asked to speak with the owner and she said he doesn’t take or make phone calls and doesn’t have a contact number.
I plan on sharing my horrible experience to the Better Business Bureau and other sites to warn people. From ordering, to flower arrangement designed, to the delivery, to the customer service, this company is appalling AWFUL. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!!"
"Absolutely ridiculous! It's been over a week, my husband ordered Mother's Day flowers for my mother in law and they have yet to arrive. We have been given the run around with promises to return calls. Order 9014194. We will be contacting the better business bureau. "
"Absolute scumbags horrible product awful customer service. Do NOT order. Ordered flowers a few days before Mother's Day to be delivered the day prior. Paid $128 for three scraggly flowers and a headache that would not end. Called, and went thru their stupid Norton guarantee and they keep copy and pasting a response that "they're sorry since the flowers were delivered there will be no refund"
Multiple calls and emails later have lost hours of my life I will never get back, hung up on rudely responded to. The worst!!
... as far as I'm concerned I don't care what their policy is you don't get to lie misrepresent and fraudulently cheat people out of their money and then just claim some internal policy. I recommend the other people that went through this to also contact the Better Business Bureau and their credit card company as I have done both and I'm working on my Yelp and google reviews as well as every other possible social media I can think of to warn others
Awful"
