"My worst online shopping experience in memory. Received poorly shipped damaged goods. After months of run around and returning the products no refund will ever be issued. The positive reports here are clearly shill reports from people inside the company or directly linked to its employees.
I have had to resort to extreme measures to get my point delivered. This company seems to be return and burn specialists. Educate yourself on who you are doing business with or suffer the consequences.
I got a refund but it took measures that noone would consider worth the money. It was a horror story from delivery to refund. "
"I purchased 2 front shocks from JS/KYB Outlet and one thing for sure, you cannot find better shocks at a better price then here. Shipping was faster than expected and the package was perfectly packaged and everything was safe and unblemished. I installed my shocks with all the new hardware provided and they went on with ease. Now I have an SUV that runs smooth without feeling like I was going over big rocks all day long. If you do one thing for your own vehicle to keep it riding the way the factory specs. call for, do yourself a favor and get the best available shock on the market, at the best reliable source and at the best possible price including shipping that anyone could ever ask for. I give them an 11 on the 1-10 scale over all. Just because they come from "Just Suspension/KYB Outlet", means why trust your suspension on your ride with "just anyone else". "I'm perplexed over the negative reviews that I read--my experience was AOK 100%! Bill and Ami were extremely helpful and responded to my emails very quickly. Bill suggested a particular combination of shocks for my old Explorer and I'm very satisified with the results. My shocks arrived in only four days and were in perfect condition. Everything went as smoothly as is possible."

He kept me informed of the process and once the courier company approved the claim, he immediately sent the replacement part. As for the shocks, Just Suspension offered the best price anywhere.

"These guys have a nice web site, but a week after my order, they hadn't shipped my parts. Called and called again and emailed before finally they responded three days later to the email (I don't think anyone even answers their phone number) I had to go somewhere else to get the shocks."
"Just another victim. Can't understand why they operate like this. I submitted an order, cancelled within the stated window, received a cancellation notice, and my just suspension account says refund applied. But guess what? Just like everyone else I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my refund. That's a 60 day process. Once these guys get your money it's over. And the worst part about this is I cancelled because I wanted to order a better, more expensive shock. But after stumbling upon their reviews while trying to figure out how to cancel I knew I had better close out the order before I did anything else. I tried to give them a chance to prove the reviews were wrong or in the past but they are still the same. You can see they had their employees put some good reviews in (jagsboy). Check out the BBB is you want even worse horror stories."

Customer Service quickly and promptly responded to my two inquiries and five days later I received exactly what I needed for my car. And, cost of the parts was 50%+ less than locally.

"I ordered all 4 shocks for my Nissan Titan from these guys because the price was amazing for Tue shocks I was getting. After placing the order I decided to do some research on the company and what I read online made me a little nervous because whatever website I was on, there were 2 or 3 people writing review after review stating how they got the wrong part or weren't pleased with the part they received. So when my shocks arrived, which was in the time period I was quoted, I immediately opened the boxes to make sure that what I ordered was all there, not only were the shocks the exact ones I purchased but the boxes they were shipped in were in perfect shape! When I installed my shocks they fit like a glove and now my truck rides even better then it did when I drove it off the dealerships lot! Thanks to all the people at Just Suspension for the great products, the amazing price and the awesome experience as a whole! I will recommend my friends and family to check out you guys before buying from anyone else! And for the people that are complaining about your service, remember that every business strives for 100% satisfaction but when wa business does the amount of business that Just Suspension must do due to their prices, there will be some mistakes because they are only human and if you can't deal with that......buy a BMX bike so you don't need shocks! And to the people reading reviews on this company wondering if you should purchase from them, just remember that more people who are bitter are more likely to write a bad review and most people who are happy with the experience don't write a review because they are happy and out living their lives! "These shocks worked good for 2 months on my Acura..( Stock acura never lowered.. im 50 years old.. not into the lowering thing ) .. Now I feel every bump on the road..and yes ...I had new tires put on just before the shocks and my springs are like new. now only after about 2,000 miles...I feel ever bump in the road.. shocks are not leaking and nothing is broke,,all checked out..
Just Suspension WILL NOT CALL ME......And not Their phone number is not listed..when i did find a phone number you get a recording informing you to email them from their web site...there phone number was listed 5 months ago when I place my order ...unreal... I keep getting stupid emails from them.. how can I help you... or what is the problem..?? so I told them my problem in a email and nothing, no email back..... i keep telling them to call me... still no call.... KYB has not been much help... Are they making these cheaper? They selling something that is not kYB and putting a kYB sicker on them? Just Suspension is giving KYB a Bad name.!!! .. I never had a problem with KYB till I got them from Just Suspension .. I did not see all the negative reviews about Just Suspension till now... 200.00 bucks of trash... But my experience with Just Suspensions was completely the opposite, the responded to my messages quickly and my parts arrived quickly, in excellent shape, well packaged and within the specified time (10 days from the time I placed my order till they arrived at my door via UPS).
