"The only person who is available to talk to is Renee and her customer service sucks!!! I ordereed my parts three weeks ago and recieved only half. When i called them up for them to rectify the situation she lied to me and told me that i recieve my front struts in a few days for the time i talked to her. I also asked for a tracking number for me to confirm it was sent. Well the day before i was to recieve the package, ill called them up to see my status and Renee said i will be recieving the package in a week. Again i asked for the tracking number which she was not able to provide. There is no else to talk to in that unorganized establishment.
I also sent them numerous emails and not one was replied too. The customer service there is Terrible! MONROE should be a shamed of doing business with such shady distributers cause the are giving Monroe a bad name too. Well my package is suppose to come in by the 25 th of April. Lets see whats happens.

"If it was possible to give no stars I'd rather do that. On December 19th 2011 I ordered two rear shocks and boots for the rear and they sent me what I thought was the correct parts according to their website but the boots didn't fit but the shocks did. I called on january 17th 2012 and talked to a lady and she said to send them back. I sent them back on January 19th 2012 via FedEx and waited a couple weeks for my return and never got my money so I called again and the lady said she would resend the refund. I waited again for a couple weeks and still no refund of my money. So I called again and asked for a supervisor and I talked to another lady and she said in order to do a return they needed to have a tracking # so I gave them the FedEx tracking number. It is now April 3rd 2012 and have yet to receive ANY refund whatsoever. I plan on calling again tomorrow to try and get something done but my im not holding my breath. I mean this is absolutely ridiculous and the worst company I've ever delt with and I will never do any business with them ever again. I don't know who runs this company but they all need to be fired. Just a little advice for anyone looking for new struts or shocks. The KYB aftermarket struts/shocks didn't fit all that great on my 2007 Altima so I'd suggest you stick with the OEM parts. It's worth the little extra money for the right parts and excellent customer service at dealerships compared to these idiots at just suspension. "

"I got my order of two shocks and two Monroe quick struts in 2 weeks. They obvoiusly order direct then ship.No packing list and 2 boxes taped together with 2 shocks in each box with no packing at all. Luckily, no damage I think. I was just happy to get all 4 and the #'s matched what I ordered from their site. Hopefully they are correct. Update they were correct! I was really worried after reading posts when the sight was down when trying to order online. I ordered anyway because I saved at least $ 100.00. A great deal if they all get there undamaged or missing. Packing is obviously an issue. Counting my blessings and savings. THANKS! Scott"

"Well, i figure i would order from them because i was too cheap to pay for shipping when ordering from other CREDIBLE websites.
Well, I did not mind soo much that they were slow, however 2 x $12 items were missing from the order.
I emailed - No solutions
I called - Gave up, waiting time was too long 20min+
I emailed again - They told me they would call me, but never did.

Loosing approx $30 dollars bothers me a little (from missing items), but their complete lack of professionalism, and customer service, boils me!

The combination of no customer service and lack of proper logistics, I will never order from them again. Seriously, it is better to find a seller that charges shipping, and get reliability in exchange.

FYI - They are not the cheapest online retailer for KYB. Similarly priced everywhere else.

The only points i give them, credible website.

"Cancelled my order but still got the parts. Returned the parts but never got my money back. They lied to the BBB and of course the BBB is no help. They lied to the Bank so the Bank is no help. This company will lie to you and not feel one bit guilty about it. Customer Service is awful. Notice on their website there is no return policy but if you can find to read the fine print when you go to KYB they charge a 25% restocking fee and only give instore credits. When they say "no problem" they mean it's no problem for them to string you along and lie to you. The parts show up all beat up and the boxes are falling apart. Don't use this company. They have like 40+ complaints from the BBB. Hindsight is 20/20. I will continue to post on all websites until these guys close their doors"

"OMG!!! Dont even think about using this seller. Worst coustomer service I've ever experienced. Couldn't verify my order after placing it had to contact Ranae in customer service. Renae customer service was very put out that I even called. Boxes arrived with ends torn off and taped over with clear shipping tape. Didn't have to open I could see the shocks inside. Wrong parts shipped. Had to ship the parts back at my expense. Took another week before they shipped the second time. 3 weeks wasted at that point. Ranae shipped parts using slow boat, used FedEx smart, meaning FedEx ships to the local USPS and USPS delivers. The parts sat in NC for 6 days before arriving in my state. Tomoorow will be 8 days and the part isn't at the local USPS. NEVER again, what a waste of time to save $5. AutoParts Wharehouse has the same price and there customer service department seems to be OK, never had a problem with 6 orders so far. You can also use KYB.com they are actually cheaper in price. Just Suspension SUCKS!!!!"

"Pretty much the same as everyone else. Ordered shocks for 71 chevelle,slow on delivery(PONY EXPRESS. When parts came usps 2boxes were taped together.When I opened the first box the 1 shock was in the box with no packing slip.When I opened the second box there was nothing. Rude communication.I tried to get them to send me another shock, they said no.I ask them to send me a prepaid slip to send the 1 back.They told me to go buy one locally.After weeks of nothing ebay got involed. Nothing happened.So I'm out 1 shock and $24.00,so I guess I,m lucky I found just suspenion and ebay out for $24.oo. I'll never usethem again."

"Just suspension is great if you are willing to wait a few extra days in order to obtain a good deal. Parts arrived as expected and in great condition. Placed my order on the phone, the lady i spoke with was very friendly. Called once to check on it and was once again satisfied with great service. Put parts on car and i dont think this old beater upper could ride any better!

"Placed order on May 28, 2011. #100002964 Your order is expected to ship within 5-7 business days.

No email about shipping rear air shocks and front struts after 10 days. Called June 6 and talked to Renae. According to the order confirmation they should have shipped in 5-7 days and it is now 10 days. She told me they would ship today or Tuesday.

I asked to speak with a supervisor, was put on hold and then hung up on. Called back again and asked to talk to supervisor and was connected with Rachael. I told her I had a court order to take my daughter to her mothers in Michigan for her summer visitation and had to leave because I was already past the date for the beginning of the visitation, so could not wait another 10 days for the parts. Rachael told me they did not stock the parts and had to order them from Monroe.

She told me to get the parts locally, put them on and when the ones I ordered from Just Suspension came in, take them to the local parts store, lie to them about not using the parts and get my money back from the local parts store instead of cancelling the order. After arguing about me having to leave for Michigan, she said they would cancel order.

On June 10th I got an email notice that they had been shipped. So I waited for them to come in on the 15th and only the air shocks arrived. Fedex left them by the door and did not require signature.

My credit card was charged in full for all the parts on 5/31/11 before they shipped me just the air shocks.

Called 16 Jun 11, Rachael would not come on phone. Talked to Renae. She said both front struts were on back order and would not be in before the 22nd or later. I told her again that I have to leave for Michigan and AGAIN was told they would cancel both front struts. She said they were part of the KBOutlets and had to charge me for the parts just so they could order them when I asked why they had charged my credit card on 5/31/2011.

Called credit card company to dispute the charges for the parts I did not receive. They said Visa rules are that Just Suspension is not supposed to charge the credit card until the items purchased are actually shipped to the customer, not when Just Suspension orders them from their supplier.

I told Renae on June 16th that we were leaving for Michigan and she said they would cancel order. Then I got an email on June 27th that said they shipped the front struts and that "signature required for delivery". The first delivery did not require signature but this one did BECAUSE THEY KNEW NO ONE WOULD BE HOME TO GET THE PARTS LEFT AT THE FRONT DOOR. The parts were returned to Just Suspension. I do not have the parts and they are still charging my credit card for the full price of the struts.

"Horrible customer service but you already knew that. I should have ordered through their ebay store so there would be a better trail and possibility of them not being able to sell there anymore. I ordered struts and shocks for my car and they took my money immediately, of course the struts weren't in stock but why would they tell me that? I got an email that they had shipped a package, silly me thought it would be everything that I ordered. No such luck, I gave them 2 weeks before I called since it says on their site that it may take 10 business days, nothing. I called and the person said they didn't have the struts and wouldn't have them until the middle of June so I looked elsewhere. I called again on June 14th after ordering the same parts elsewhere(Amazon tracked the part down to get it to me) and they said the part wouldn't be in until maybe July, I cancelled as I had planned to do and was told I would recieve a refund in 3-4 weeks. Now it's August 17th and they still have no idea what's going on, apparently my order was sitting in their warehouse since June(after I cancelled) waiting for me to call. They took my $$ instantly but can't seem to get it back in a timely manner, I call BS!"

"Totally Avoid !!!! Totally Avoid!!!!
If someone here had good luck, count your blessings.
They should not be selling on line or in person.
I ordered struts and shocks for my truck. They opened one of the strut boxes and packed the rear shocks in the same box without packing material. When I received the order, the spring perches on the struts bashed in the sides of the shocks. Now Im getting the runaround AND Flat Out Lies from the KYB/JustSus customer service "Air Heads" everyones talking about. Last week they told me my new shocks were to be shipped next day. Now this week they tell me they are in a dispute with Fedex. FOR WHAT ?
Fedex didnt pack the box. Now I'm waiting for their dispute?
I called today to cancel the order, and was told by the "Air head" it was too late for that. Now my American Express is involved and lifted the payment to KYB/Just Suspension. They will have to refund my money. Check The Better Business Bureau Report. Complaints out the yang. They are truly not worth the trouble.

UPDATE; 1 Day after posting this report, I received a call from Just Suspension alerting me my shocks were being shipped out. They arrived sometime this weekend.

"Outstanding service, from contacting them on their eBay store, to asking them to beat the competitor price, to buying the struts, to receiving emails with detailed shipping info, to actually receiving the struts. All the items received were correct and in brand new condition. they beat competitors by almost 25 percent !! I recommend them to anyone !!!"
