When my plumber attempted to install it it leaked from the handles. They sold me a defective item that they knew about because it had been returned to them multiple times from the previous people who had received it. I even emailed them a video of it leaking and got zero response from them. Do not purchase for them they just want your money! "

"The product quality was excellent. They did include the correct template and the correct mounting hardware to undermount. My only comment was they they used cardboard from a different sink model box for packing material to protect my sink in shipping. The extra card board was much appreciated for protecting my sink but that extra cardboard shows a different model and template so upon delivery I thought they shipped me the wrong sink. If this extra card board was folded inside out so that I could not see print then it would not have been an issue. I received exactly the right sink and the right template. I am very happy with the product that I received. "
