"Everything that I've ever bought from KEH was in as good, or better, condition than advertised. The process orders quickly and are easy to deal with. I just wish that they would ditch FedEx. The last 2 packages that FedEx "delivered" were left in my gravel driveway IN THE RAIN! I have a covered porch that FedEx used to leave packages on, UPS and USPS still leave packages there. Thankfully, KEH packages the equipment very well in zip lock bags and lots of bubble wrap - the equipment was still dry even thought the boxes fell apart from being left in the rain."

"I ordered a macro lens that when I went to put it on my camera, I got an f EE error. I called up Shawn in the sales department for some help and he knew exactly what the issue was. I just needed to change my aperture to the smallest setting on the lens and leave it there, then change my f stop as I wanted it on my camera body instead of on the lens itself. Shawn was really knowledgable and because of his customer service I'll be sure to order from KEH again!"
