Kaehler didn't offer next day air for free, but it was the best price by far and was well worth the wait. "From the moment I live-chatted with Johnny in customer service, until my wallet actually arrived, shopping at Kaehler was a wonderful experience!
It was showing that the wallet of my dreams was on back order so I live-chatted with Johnny asking him when the wallet was expected back in stock. He checked and told me that there were actually 2 left in stock and then he cleared the system so I could place the order.
Within literally minutes, my purchase was not just in the system, but it actually had a UPS tracking number and an estimated time of arrival! This is unheard of in my experience.
The wallet arrived exactly when they said it would, and it is the finest quality one I've ever had. It's a Lodis and the leather is unbelieveably fine, not to mention the entire construction of it. It looks like it would be an Hermes leather product.
Finally, there was no tax or shipping cost involved, and the price was $4.00 less than anywhere else on the internet.
This was one of the best shopping experiences ever, and in the future, whenever either my husband or I need anything in terms of luggage or leather goods, we're shopping only at Kaehler Luggage & Travel Goods. I'm serious.

"I purchased a Jansport backpack prior with no problems. I knew what I wanted the moment I walked in. It was a in and out credit transaction. A month later, I needed/purchased a Pacsafe bag. There was a breach on my card. Chase put a security hold due to possible fraud. Tracy & Lee didnt' see/understand it that way. The card NEVER showed up declined but showed an odd message that Lee never seen before. The ladies assumed I didn't have any money, or that the card was foreign; basically I was treated a whole lot different even though I used the same card a month ago with its unlimited funds. I called Chase and had a step by step walk through with another attempt to purchase the item. Transaction went through, Kaehler got paid. The Ladies assumed and said to ME that IT happens. This NEVER happens to Me! For Miss Lee to assume that I had no funds to acquire this toy is as funny as her customer service. I left after the first transaction; only to come back to a different demeanor on Miss Lee’s part. Miss Lee looked at me as I was some LOW-LIFE. I came back to resolve the issue because I NEEDED the bag from KAEHLER; NOT From Miss Lee & Miss Tracy. I came to make purchases. I do not appreciate the 2 ladies that mistreat clients/people who spend money. Chase is only looking out for their own best interest/money. I guess one would let someone steal from their bank account and not let their Bank do anything about it. Thanks again Kaehler for the bag! Lee & Tracy, IMO, need to brush up on their people skills and not jump to any conclusions."

"Communication is really important any time there is a glitch in your order.
In my case, I ordered a Tumi bag from them, it said they had it, but for about a week the status simply said that my order was processed but hadn't shipped yet. It also indicated that I couldn't change or cancel the order. This is important because if I had known it would take so long just to ship out, I would have ordered elsewhere because I needed the bag.
They should inform you of such things, but instead, I had to contact them to get this information and for more clarification. At the least, I did get the product from them which was most important."
