This price was a little high, but it was the only backpack that would do, so I ordered it. It shipped in a reasonable amount of time, and was exactly what my daughter wanted. The only thing that I wish they had done was to remove the tag that said it was marked down another $15 :( I also wish I had received an email when the order shipped...I checked my account online about a week after ordering and discovered UPS was going to deliver it the next day. Overall I (and my daughter) are very satisfied."

On the scheduled delivery date (end of day), I received a call from the Kaehler store. The order had not gone through, therefore, a new order had to be placed. They blamed the manufacturer. Three days later I received the ordered item twice. I had to alert Kaehler of the duplicate delivery. I have been quite disappointed with the experience."

"My experience is incomplete. I ordered an IPAD bag on-line and the store where I was to pick it up said the item was backlogged and the manufacturer has not provided a delivery date. "Online Service was just fine, and shipping reasonably fast, but I can't recommend this service to Canadian customers, who, like me will get utterly screwed by the outrageous UPS ground "Customs Broker" fee, which UPS Claims the retailers are aware of. This doesn't seem to be charged by other shippers to Canada (at least I've never paid it before). This resulted in an added cost of nearly 30% of my purchase price being added by the delivery guy. A complaint email to Kaehler elicited no response at all, not even a PFO letter, I'd recommend giving these guys a miss - buy somewhere else.
EDIT - after a short delay, Kaehler went to great efforts to look into my issue, and have resolved this problem with the shipping for future Canadian customers, as well as offering me a credit to make up for the aggravation - very happy with the remedial work - thanks Buzz."
"My order was shipped to my billing address, not the shipping address given. UPS could not deliver it so I had to place a hold on the shipment and trek across town to pick it up. Very inconvenient. Put the right address on the box!
EDIT: Kaehler acknowledged their goof and issued a 15% credit to my account and a 10% discount on my next order. Very professionally handled and quite gracious of them. "

--I called earlier in the week noting I was under very tight time constraints and was told the bag had probably been shipped and should arrive in time. But it wasn't shipped and it won't arrive in time. As much as I was hoping this was the bag I was going to take with me on my travels, I am going to have to refuse shipment and take another bag instead. That's disappointing.
