"I seem to be having trouble updating this review, so sorry if repetitive.

Good product, fair price but shipping and customer service/followup is the worst I have ever seen in over 45 years.
Placed order on 8-17-15 for product that was 'in stock'.
10 days later sent email asking for status, no reply.
2 days more and tried to contact via website link, no response.
Received a request to review, did so hoping it would spur a response, NOT!
9-10-15 called their number and a lady answered, was on break but would call back. She did 3 hours later and said it just came in, would be tested and shipped. Asked about 'in stock' and lack of communication and started telling me about their internal issues.
Received product on 9-14-15"
