This is a follow-up to Kahlon's response. My ONLY gripe was lack of communications on Kahlon's part when I returned RAM I incorrectly ordered. It would have been appropriate to receive an affirmation e-mail that they received the RAM, that is all.

Other than that, being a Kahlon customer more than 10 years and having others order from them, they are an excellent company. Great prices, availability and SERVICE. I will most certaintly still be their customer.

"I ordered the product on May 1st with 2nd shipping. The product did not ship until May 6th.

Normally when you ship something 2nd day means you need it quickly. Shipping the product 5 days after you order it is unacceptable. If there is a delay in shipping the seller should inform you of this.

In addition there is no way to print out an invoice from their website. You have to wait for the product to arrive. "
