Unfortunately their message was left on my home phone answer machine, which I only checked every few days, while away. So shipping was a few days late, but not their fault. Their was also a missunderstanding between me and their on line advisor about the suitability of this RAM to meet my requirements in my computer, so it did not work out. However they agreed to take it back for a restocking fee. I am now just waiting to see that fee credited to my VISA account. Then I will have the total pircture of this transaction."
