"I will never order from this company again nor will I recommend them to anyone else. My order arrived within 3 days in a package that was so damaged it arrived in a USPO plastic envelope in pieces. I installed the memory in my computer and it did not work. I contacted Anthony at Kahlon and he attempted to troubleshoot the issue and finally issued an
RMA for the return of the product. Tracking shows that Kahlon received the product on 3/5/14. I have had no response from Kahlon on this RMA. I have made 3 phone calls to Kahlon and talked to Anthony to find out where the replacement memory is. Anthony keeps making excuses and blaming the shipping department for not getting the product shipped. The last promised date for receipt was 3/22/14. Come and gone and no product. Will attempt to recover my money with BBB complaints and complaint to Credit Card company. Stay away from this fraudulent company."

It wasn't even sent until some 6 days after the order was placed and paid for.
