"The battery did not work. I did everything support suggested and no success. I sent the battery back quickly and asked for an exchange but have not received any notice from them of receipt or a new battery. I don't know what is happening and am about to contact paypal."

"As per usual, items were fine, but this is the first time I needed tech support, and I found them arrogant and it was obvious they automatically thought I was doing something wrong. Turns out the unlabeled CD they sent was not functioning properly. They also blamed my initial problem on poor Chinese translation and gave me alternate instructions. Why weren't the alternate instructions included in the first place if they knew they were substandard? They also did not respond to my email & voicemail for 7 days! Long story short, I am dissapointed in tech support and will avoid purchasing items that might need it from now on. Still waiting for another CD that they promised to send over a week ago."

"I always receive my order from Kahlon in perfect shape (never had issue with destroyed or missing package).
Only thing I would change - 2nd day shipping, when you choose that option, you expect to receive your parts in max 3-4 days, Not in this case - with Kahlon it will always take 7 days. I'm always complaining about that after I'm placing an order and receiving parts in more than 3 days, but because there is an option 2nd day Air - I'm always using it, hoping that it will be delivered sooner.
Kahlon sales very high quality parts - for very good price.
