"The battery did not properly attach to the laptop. When exerting a little pressure onto the battery to get it to snap into place and make connection, the case on the battery split open. It is now attached, but periodically, the connection is broken and the laptop shuts off unexpectedly. I assume that with a cracked case, it would not be considered for warranty replacement. Basically a poor quality battery. Will purchase somewhere else next time."
