"Order process is too long, more than 12 days, for International orders. Shipping option in the Shopping Cart does NOT reflect how items are shipped. I chose the International Express (5-6 days), which I expect will be sent via Express Mail with tracking Ex---------US, it was only shipped via Priority Mail, with tracking number Lx---------US.
However, the Live Chat support is responsive and helpful. Thank you.

"out of the 8+ years I've been buying from Kahlon, I've only had one issue and even then the resolution went super smooth. I feel extremely confident on the product they sale, top quality and compatibility.

Plus extremely easy to locate the right product with there navigation process (a little improvement wouldn't hurt Kahlon, but don't mess it up).

"In my case I meant to order a battery for my laptop G60-530us but I ended up with this tiny little thing In a tiny little envelope.
I didn’t open it because I know how big the battery is, instead I called you and the CSA said to send it back with the RMA# 24354 clearly written on the front of the envelope. He said, We can replace this item for you with the correct part, but we will have to charge you the difference of $18.25, plus a minimum of $7.50 re-shipment charge. This will happen only AFTER we receive the return item.
At the Post office they said, I hadn’t opened it and the Post Office said they would re-send it back and I wrote the Number on it that the CSA told me to write on it so it could be returned the right way
You're CSA said they would e-mail me when you got it. I mailed it 12/19/2013 and did everything the CSA said to do but I still haven’t heard from you.
I would really appreciate it if you could look into this for me and e-mail me back. I really need to order my battery because I am out of work and I need it to use my laptop.
