"I've been ordering from Kahlon for years now and lately (the past 3-4 orders) has been quite troublesome. For example, we place an order for 1 memory module and nothing arrives for a week and a half and then have to call them, then they say, "Oh, this memory module is usually installed in pairs, that's why we haven't fulfilled it yet." That is not good enough. Or they will wait and call you after a week or so and tell you the same thing. Only after confirming it, they will then process the order. It seems like they could have a much better way of letting you know this or following up with a potential problem. If a memory module is usually installed in pairs, just have an immediate followup email asking about it, or something. We recently had to wait almost 3 weeks for our memory order because of this kind of problem. I love their products and prices, but damn, their communication stinks!"
