"I have purchased two products from Kahlon. A couple of days later I received a voicemail on my home phone stating there is an error on the site and the battery I ordered doesn't exist. There is a different smaller battery I can purchase at the same price. I have responded via order notes since my email went unanswered that I'm ok with smaller battery as long at a lower price point - the same price point that the site advertised on its site for this small battery. Now we are in week 2 of this order process with no good shipped or received yet my credit card charged.
I get another voicemail stating that the smaller battery isn't available as well and do I want a partial order shipped. I cancelled the order, but never received any confirmation of cancellation and had to reach out to customer service to confirm."
"First, I was supposed to receive the purchase between 3 and 7 days, I paid forty something box for this service and it took more than 3 weeks, near for to deliver it to my place.
Second, the product is the good one, a batterie for my macbook pro, but the quality is at the appointment, the life duration of a charge is very short, works, but for less than an hour. I will not return it, I will live whit it cause the money it could cots for the shipping return... :(
