"On July 13th, 2022, I placed my order with Babita. Which was tailored to my measurements. A month later, on August 17, I received my outfit, and the measurements were completely incorrect. I contacted the person I had ordered from on this number: +91 ***-***-**** as soon as I got the order, and after several attempts they eventually responded that I must send the outfit back on September 1st and receive a replacement outfit made to exact measurements. They provided me a FedEx shipping label on September 1, and on September 2 I mailed the package to them. On September 14 it was delivered to the address in New Jersey. Since then, Aarti & Zeba, and I have been exchanging messages back and forth. It has been 5 months since I am trying to get this outfit which I paid for to be ready in August. Since October 31st, I have not received any response to my queries and this is so unprofessional and ridiculous. I have no whereabouts or status of my outfit or to see if I would even receive any refund of my money. This is seriously the worst customer service I have experienced in my life. "

"Not sure what are the rave reviews about. I ordered 3 products seeing the great reviews. All of them were way below expectation. Lehenga - ordered size 8 and the size received was way bigger than listed on the site. They expect me to pay out of my pocket and get it altered by some of their tailors sitting in New Jersey. Sharara suit yellow - the size was fine, but the sequin work keeps falling off. Way low on quality. Sharara suit pink cotton - the suit was no where like pictured on the site. The city was faded and the Gota work stitch coming off in so many places. Plus itchy to wear. I left a review on the site but don’t see it there. I don’t think they let genuine review to be published in the site. Looks like all positive reviews were fake. Never ordering form here again."

"I ordered from kalki and from the starting the order was a miss. They send the wrong sizes I ordered according to the size chart and inch measurements but they sent me sizes 10 inches shorter. After the returns processing taking 2 months they finally agreed to return my money but then made an excuse saying the bank is blocking my return back. They basically kept arguing and saying they can’t do anything or return my money. I have never had this issue anywhere. Kalki is a thief house not a fashion house!! "
"I bought a saree from them few years back for $134. The saree shown in picture was completely different in material and quality. The saree I received was very cheaply made by joining 2 fabrics and so, was too wide making it unwearable. It is still sitting in the closet after so many years. I think the products they show are from some designers' website and they sell cheap replicas. Beware!"

Even single star is also not suitable for this cheater. I ordered kurti from this website online. they sent very cheap quality material dress, not the one that is shown on the website. The kurti they sent me, is not even worth 200 rs. There were stains all over the dress and the stitches were all coming out. When I contacted them they denied that there was even a return policy!!! There is a whole page on their website designated for returns. When I complained they refused to provide the one which is shown on the website. highly unreliable people. Poor customer service. Watch out when ordering items from them. I wonder how they are the most trusted brand as shown on their website. THIS IS A WASTE OF MY MONEY! I CANNOT EVEN USE THE DRESS! There are many cheaters like this online so be careful. They didn't answer me properly."
