"I ordered a 160$ pen from this company and paid for expedited shipping. The very next day I placed the order, I contacted them and told them I wanted to cancel, they wouldn’t let me and said I had to wait for it to come here to return it snd then get my money back. Only to never receive the item. They refuse to refund me until I return the item. I’ve contacted the post office and had a missing package search going and everything. Worst company I do not recommend now I’m out $160 for nothing. I just pray they find where the package is so it can be sent back to this horrible company and I can get my refund. This has been going on since September by the way. "
"Worst product and customer service ever!. Took brand new Session out of the box, charged it, and it wouldnt turn on. Immediately called Kandypens for a refund and was told since I've opened the package I'm not entitled to a refund! How else would I know it doesn't work unless I plugged it in? I was offered their "highest level of support" (to an item that never worked) as an alternative. Well, the highest level of support is a refund. Really awful company"

"I ordered an incorrect product from Kandypens last Saturday. After ordering, I noticed the item looked like the dab pen I intended to order. I informed the company several times via email and phone calls for 3 days. No one answers emails or phone calls. I even called 8AM PST on Monday. I called another 3-5 times. Finally, minutes after Don Gibson(most likely relative of Graham Gibson(owner, CEO), processes order, I get a response telling me order was sent. They have a faq section which states on their website that all orders are final and can’t be reversed. Who has ever heard of such a policy. It wasn’t even like I wanted to cancel my order. I just wanted to change the order. I’m just putting this out there that it may not want to be the company you want to do business with. Also, these products are made in China folks. Remember what they send us. I am currently disputing why this company refuses to work with customers. I suggest if you want a good experience, buy from someone else."
" Update (5/4/20): Customer support finally followed up and straightened it out. I'm fine with the product but their customer support needs to be quicker. I've updated my rating as well.
First purchase was ok, but slow to arrive. Second purchase has been worse. Customer support is non-existent and *very* slow to respond, if at all. They indicated product was in-stock when I ordered (even via chat with them!) but after a couple of days with no update for my order sent an email to them. They did not respond for a couple more days so I opened a ticket. After another day waiting they told me that it's out-of-stock and "you must've missed our email". THERE WAS NO EMAIL FROM THEM. Chatted with Chris at kandypen yesterday. He looked into it and said it had not shipped and would cancel (per my request) and refund. An hour later they sent a "pre-shipment" notification and still have not shipped. I assume the pre-shipment is so they can charge the CC and not refund or cancel. Pretty underhanded and untruthful... avoid them.

"Terrible experience I order their 24k series dry herb vaporizer in a white and gold. What I received was a silver and white none working product. Customer service line leads to a voicemail. Emails with customer support has been back and forth for 2-3 weeks of no help no apology for the inconvenience and refuses refund. As the owner of this company I would be ashamed. 100% do not buy product does not meet promise and is paired with sub par customer service. "
"My pen arrived, I loaded less the the suggested amount just to try the pen out. The pen got extreamly hot. So hot that if I would put it to my lips it would burn them. I decided to clean. It out and reload it , and try it again. Same problem. At this point I realized the product was leaking under the glass table and onto the coil. I hit up kandypens, and asked for some help. I sent pictures of the atomizer. I the got a response from kandypens starting I had loaded to much. Which is not true at all. They also said you cannot tip the pen when it is warm as it will leak into the air holes. For the price point this should not leak at all!!! Most expensive atomizer on market. Kandypens did offer to send me a new atomizer. They offered me the white one as the black one I paid for was not available ( even though I could purchase one on their website) The new atomizer arrived. Again I loaded leas then the amount recommended. The pen still get extremely hot after two sesh modes. The. The new atomizer produces a metallic almost chemical taste. That I can't quite place. I have yet to get this pen to produce even the smallest of hits. This pen is absolute trash. For the price point, and the fact there is no return policy, I'm left feeling like kandypens just ripped me off. Take your money somewhere else, buy a better pen. "

I first bought a vape pen from this **** company, which turned out to be a terrible product. I let them know it was crap, and they told me they'd send a different/ "better" option, which was a cheaper vape pen. Okay, whatever. Today I received my "replacement", which was a mouthpiece for a different model, and nothing else... no vaporizer, just some **** mouthpiece I can't even **** USE!

"Hi, I've used the aoru from kandypen for about 1 yr and I've had the atomizer break via my own fault of loading the chamber to much and in the warranty it states they wont cover this.. they definitely have covered it for me 3 times now! I have to say they have the best customer service I've ever had they not only sent me a replacement atomizer everytime but gave detailed instructions on how to use the product better. This came from the service reps own experience in how he takes care of his own products. I really appreciate the time they took to assist me in any and every question I've had.

"Follow up on the K Stick Supreme sent to me to replace the bad Rubi product. So I learned that the K Stick Supreme can be used with nic salts and I learned how to fill up the tank. I have been using the product for about 6 days and the battery is on it's last legs. The last couple of days, even after a full night of charging, very little vapor on first puffs in the morning. The customer service rep did send out the bottle of nic salts which I received yesterday but now the vape pen is basically dead, on it's last legs. It's like I said in my initial review. The company is selling junk and believe their operating strategy is to blow out as much of it as possible and deal with the product complaints in the aftermath. Typical strategy of a poorly run business. They must be turning a profit by buying Chinese junk on the penny and selling it on the dollar here in America. My recommendation is to avoid Kandypens all together and go with a company such as V2 which has a more reliable product line. The money spent will result in a more satisfying experience."
"I bought a prism+ a week ago and the ceramic atomizer already quit working. The warranty does NOT cover the atomizers, which cost $40 a piece ($29.99 + $10 shipping). Ok so I got a lemon right?
This is the worst part... the customer service rep said this was 'normal', and that i'd have to replace the atomizers every 3-4 months. So, a $130 product costs $120 - $160 a year just to maintain. Basically, I paid $130 for a battery.
In the mean time, the other coiled atomizer works fine, but when that burns out I'm simply throwing this pen away and going for something reliable. I was really excited about this when I bought it, and now i'm just mad and feel like I wasted a lot of money. "

"I thought I would chime in on my experience with Kandypens. I see these are old reviews so maybe things have changed over there. I have purchase 2 Kandpens from them. The first one I purchased was their Skycloud. I DID have problems with the dry atomizer, but that didn't bother me since I used it primarily for wax (which it works great for and I still use it often!). They replaced my faulty atomizer right away. I also took advantage of one of their 40% off sales recently and got one of their K-Vape Micro DX units since the discount made it within my reach financially. I needed something for flower and it had great reviews. It works AMAZING! The reviews were correct. I've been using it now for a couple of months and have 0 complaints.
