"Karmaloop is the best place to find items on sale. My first purchase was back in March 2012 when they were having a blowout sale (additional 40% off on sale item.) I was amazed how much I paid for three of my favorite shoe brands (Jeffrey Campbell, Irregular Choice and Dolce Vita.) I love to buy shoes and I am always looking for the best deals but I do have to say that even though I have found really good deals from other places, Karmaloop is the best of all. They carry the best brands and trendy shoes at the best price. I am a regular customer at Karmaloop and I'm always looking for the additional % off. One of the bad things I do have to mention is that sometimes I don’t get my shipments on time. Also, their system have allowed me to place an order even though the item was out of stock. However, I have to say that in those situations they have given me a gift certificate which is nice even though I did not get what I wanted. I will continue to purchase at Karmaloop as longest they continue being the #1 site."

"well i bought a unif bundy jumper, and there was a good sale on, i found out the one item i wanted was not eligiable, the sale stated "...on orders over...". my order was well over that, it was misleading, i had one sales rep tell me i hadn't ordered enough, recieved item is faulty, they will not refund shipping as i paid for express to wear immediately, as im going for major surgery and will only be able to wear for a month, they will only refund shipping back after im out of pocket, when i paid for express this is unacceptable, their customer service is a joke! stay away! so now im left to get it fixed at my own expense if i wish to wear it at all. you can find their brands elsewear, use those sites do not use karmaloop!"
