"DO NOT order from karmaloop! Processing returns and receiving refunds is a nightmare. Still havent received a refund for my returns from all the different vendors that were processed and returned nearly a month ago!"
"Horrible. I will never order from Karmaloop again. I've placed an order on December 9th. still haven't received my item and when I call Karmaloop customer service they'll have you on hold for over 30 minutes. poor customer service, I do not recommend anyone to order from Karmaloop. "
"Awful. Never order from here again. Don't waste your time. I just spend over an hour on the phone processing a return.
Here's why this site is terrible:
- Items do not ship from one wearhouse. Each item is shipped from different states, countries, etc and returns are paid by YOU
- You have only 15 days to return items
- items take up to two weeks to receive, that is, IF they don't cancel the, for being out of stock AFTER you place the order
- The website placed my order twice, and sent me everything twice. I tried to cancel just 12 hours later and only a few of the items were cancelled
- the quality of some of the items is poor, low quality. I liked half of the items I received, most of the $38 T-shirts were low quality $2 T's with a screen print
This business model is extremely flawed. Do not waste your time with this site because it's a crap shoot whether you'll receive the item, whether you'll like it, and whether you'll be able to return it.
The customer service reps I spoke to were very helpful. However they still ate over an hour of my time, plus the time it's going to take to print out individual shipping labels etc etc. I'm just glad it's almost over "

"Placed an order set to an old address. Issued a changeorder requesting a correction in the address directly after the order was made but never got a response and the item was shipped off. I've sent emails to both questions/changeorder. It's been 3 days and I've yet to hear a response. Horrible customer service."
"Sale ads are very misleading, and there is no way to tell which items in your cart qualified for whatever promo they have going on (if there is, you really have to go out of your way to find out). A few of the items I ordered were not even in stock and I am still waiting on a shipping notice for part of my order from Black Friday. The quality of two of the items I already received is below expectations, and the return policy (the customer having to pay for return shipping) is very inconvenient."
"The rep that responded to my complaint was of no help! Only thing she could say was some items were under restriction with promo codes BUT I had placed an order buying 1 item that she claimed was apart of the restriction and it went through fine. Tried buying , $100+ worth and none of the codes worked at checkout."
"Totally agree with a previous comment. Customer service is Garbage!! I placed an order on November 17/2014 for 1 t-shirt. They processed the order (& debited my Visa) 5 times!!!. I have made daily contact with customer service & service manager with no reply as of December 1/2014. This was their error & I have had to spend an enormous amount of time to correct it. "Recieved a completely different shirt that my kid cannot even wear if he wanted to. Pot leaves in the shape of a skull will not fly at school. Anyway, the response time and again from Karmaloop RYAN was to return it to the supplier. Who/how information was not provided. I was also expected to pay for return shipping for the wrong item. Second contact was to tell me again to contact the supplier KITE but again absolutely no information on how to do that. So I will have to contest this with my credit card company. As 'Ryan' is as helpful as the joke customer service guy on the 'i dont have any internet' commercial that keeps telling her to contact using the internet. It's been a month since the order was placed and we still don't have the proper shirt.

"So I ordered a tshirt on 10/11/14 from karmaloop. it wasn't shipped until a week later and when it finally showed up it was a size smaller than what I had ordered, but that's the small issue at hand! I call karmaloop customer service and everyone I spoke to was super ruder and nonchalant. I will never EVER buy anything from these people ever again in my life"
