BUT I have one ongoing problem. If I try dialing using their toll free number rather than a local access # your service will not recognize my phone #, so it forces me to enter my PIN first, even though my phone # is registered. VERY FRUSTRATING.

Fix that and I would be VERY happy.

A few small things, though not deal breakers:
- I wish there was a more permanent record of calls made, or at least a longer log, say at least 90 days.
- it would be even better if the log was sent via a PDF or something
- the log of calls page is not formatted properly so that the last column (Ratings) is partially cut off in the box. I use Firefox 16 on a Mac. It works fine in Safari."
