"Most, not all, of my calls connect properly. Initial rate of 20.5 cents/min. was great, until it increased to 23.5 cents/min. It makes a difference! Still got charged for the calls that did not connect properly. My voice prompts are ON, but I never hear any. A warning prompt that credit is low or call is about to disconnect would be welcome. Overall, the vast majority of my calls connect, and it's easy to add credit. This is a pretty good service with some kinks to work out."
"I encounter ongoing problems where the after entering my PIN, I hear the (American) ring through to the router, but nothing afterward. Other times, it rings and rings and ring, but doesn't seem to get to the router. Also, sometimes, it seems to "steal" minutes as a function of these non-connections. Or, even after making a call, the next time I seem to have more minutes deducted than the previous call lasted. I put up with this (so far) because I like the cheap rate and when it works, it works great. It's just that it often takes a half dozen calls to the Call Center before I'm finally connected through and hook up with the person I'm calling."
