"OUTSTANDING customer service!! I received an incomplete cleaning kit. Mind you these are surplus so I knew the chance I took ordering it. When I found that the kit was incomplete, I emailed the folks at keepshooting.com. I wrote NOT requesting replacement or refund, but rather to tell them to check the item before sending as this one was not all there.

WOW to my surprise and amazment, I was contacted by Jimmy Kao who sent me the following email:

"I got a leather German army surplus rifle sling. I did a little web searching and the issue was the risk of getting a useless worn-out or broken sling versus rock bottom prices. So I chose KeepShooting.com because they seemed to promise a sure thing and their price wasn't much more. Service was perfect and the sling looked like it came out of a German army warehouse, sealed in a plastic bag. No break-in necessary, but that might be because the Germans figured out how to make a leather sling that was tenderized in the tanning process, not stiff like you'd buy a heavy belt to hold your pants up."
