"you need to add "SOLD AS A PAIR" in your PLAIN Shoe Buckle product description. I was unsure if they were sold as a pair, or individually. I went to the DISCO/PRISM Buckles & saw they are "SOLD AS A PAIR" so I assume the Plain buckles I have ordered are paired the same. I hope this is the case."

"Placed order on May 8th. On May 18th, I checked the status of this order placed on and it stated, "pending review"; however my AMEX was charged for the whole order on the sale date. Dennis called the next day and said there was an issue with the shipping address and asked, “didn’t anyone contact you about this?” No one had and I corrected the problem with the address. I told him that the shoes were needed for a competition on May 25th and I would drive to the store to pick them up (but was told it is not a physical location). He said he would get the shoes to me by May 22nd. Still no shoes on May 22nd and I called/emailed again. Dennis called back and now said that those shoes were “out of stock” but he could send a comparable pair and he would send them “overnight” at his cost to be received by May 25th. As of today, May 30th, still no shoes. I disputed the charge with AMEX and cancelled the order via email."
"I'm really unhappy with the service we've received. We received our order in a timely manner, but it was only a partial order. The shoes we received did not have matching shoestrings - one was very short. As you know, with ghillies, the laces need to be long enough to wrap around. I called customer service & left a voicemail. I emailed customer service. I messaged them on Facebook. Several times, each. Approximately 2 weeks later someone returned my call & said the rest of my order would be shipped that day & they would put in another pair of shoestrings. I received the rest of my order in a few days, but NO SHOESTRINGS. I've emailed & left a message with customer service again. I honestly don't expect to hear back. We will not order from Keily's again. They obviously don't care about their customers. As expensive as their dance shoes are, I expect better than this."
"I ordered 2 items on 4/3/18 and have yet to receive the items. per USPS tracking number-it appears the label is printed but nothing further has been done with the shipment. The same thing happened when i ordered at the end of last year-which I thought perhaps was a fluke. Apparently not. I did not get our shoes until I emailed and then the shoes appeared 2 days later-shoved into the cardboard post office box without any other protections. "
