"I made a purchase 12/26/17, didn't receive my order until 3 weeks later. They were the wrong size. I emailed the owner and asked him what the conversion size should be seeing that the conversion chart was incorrect on the site. He emailed me back 2 days later with the correct size. In the meantime, I ordered the correct size and returned the other order, again, my order came in 3 weeks. I emailed him to let him know that I received the new order but to look out for the return and to please send my refund. I have emailed him close to 10 times now with bogus responses that he was sorry, they've been overwhelmed with returns and he will look for the return....same answer every time. It's been a little more than 3 months and still no refund!!!!! He is now getting reported!! "
"I ordered from Reilly's online. I received an email confirming my order. My bank account was debited. Two weeks lateer, I still haven't received my product. Their website says my order is pending. I've tried emailing , but never got a response. I tried calling, but no one ever answers. I've left 2 voicemails, when the voicemail picks up, and no has responded. I messaged them on thier Facebook page and never got a repsonse. Complete ripoff! I've contacted my bank to try and get my money back."

They have shoes of the highest quality and even though it seems impossible for me to order the right size the first time, Keilys is great about working with me to get me the right size. They even called me to discuss the size before shipping it to make sure we had the best shot at getting it right the second time. We were on a time crunch and they worked with us to get us what we needed fast! We buy all our hard shoes and soft shoes from Keilys!! "
"I purchased an item which needed to be returned. I did my part by shipping it back (at my expense)...however I didn't receive a reimbursement. After 3 MONTHS of trying to call and email, without any success I finally had to file a claim with my credit card company to stop payment. After informing the owner this was done, he sent me a refund via paypal that next morning, and then claimed I was trying to get a fraudulent double reimbursement from him! Of course, that created another couple of months working back through the credit card company to clear up that mess. Don't purchase from this website unless you want to spend 5 months of your life trying to get your money back!"
"Ordered 6 items for Christmas which their system reflected were available (they processed my PayPal payment when order was placed), and it took them over a week to inform me they only had 2 in stock and their supplier wouldn't have more until after the holidays. Now it is too late to order from somewhere else in order to have in time for Christmas. Now I'm scrambling around last minute, which I was trying to avoid. They sent the 2 items they had in stock and processed a credit to my PayPal. I will not order from this company again, very dissatisfied."

I finally got a response that one item on my order was back ordered. The other item is apparently not back ordered, but I have not received it."
