"I paid for the item through PayPal right away and they said they would ship the parcel right away. After 10 days I still had not received the parcel so I contacted customer service. After trying to say that they were sorry and that they would ship it out right away, I told them to forget it and refund the $1089.00. They then said that they cannot ship Fisher metal detectors to Canada but failed to state this anywhere on their website or at any time during the purchase. I missed a prospecting trip with friends because I was unable to receive my purchase in time. Very disappointed with their level of service or communication. I would never recommend Kellyco to any of my friends or family."
