"The item did not arrive when stated, it arrived 10 to 11 days after payment. I talked to one of your representatives about the product not arriving. She looked up the order, seen it was never shipped, and she nicely apologized for the package not being shipped. She said she would overnight the package, but the package was not shipped overnight delivery like she said it would be, it was shipped 3 to 5 day ground delivery. I understand mistakes happen, but when remedying the problem people need to follow through with what they say. I will make purchases in the future from Kellyco, and consider what happened to my recent purchase as a fluke."
