"I was waiting the 5-7 days for delivery after ordering the detector online. On the 6th or 7th day I get an email telling me to contact customer service about my order. I have two homes, and the shipping address (where I was at when I ordered) was different from the billing address and they wanted to clarify. No problem. I called to straighten everything out but that is when I realized that the day you sent the email is the day you were processing my order....6 or 7 days after I ordered. Your rep was apologetic about the whole thing and upgraded the shipping but I received it 4-5 days after I wanted it for that part of my vacation.

"I was extremely impressed with the product overall and the quick service I received. Their was one defect that I wanted to bring to your attention and that was on the pin pointer. The cap that holds the batteries in it was broken when it was delivered. I thought a quick fix with duct tape would hold it. The batteries do not stay firmly in place and thus the pin pointer cuts in and out. Is it possible to get a new cap?"
