"Never received the headphones or the mini hand held detector that they told me would be in the box. I purchased this detector for my father as a Christmas gift back in 2012. I called after my Dad opened his gift in March 2013 telling me it doesn't have the headphones or hand held detector. We live in Minnesota so he didn't open it until the snow melted. Actually there was still snow on the ground but he was very exited to try it out. When I called Kelly with my order info a person told me they would send out the missing items immediately. A month later nothing arrived so I called again. I was treated like a criminal and was accused of losing or breaking the equipment and trying to get something for free. There price may be competitive but the customer service after the purchase is non-existent. I will never go back or recommend them to anyone. My dad has had two brothers purchase metal detectors as a way to get out together. I made sure I found them another vendor to go with. That felt really good to see Kelly lose over $800 in business for the way I was treated. Remember if you can't get them to help you....Just take your future business else where. "
