"I recieved my 350 on september 24th. My son came home on the 28th with his garrett 250 to go detecting. My new garrett 350 did not work properly and had some interal issues. On the 28th I called your answering service and the said someone would get back to me in 24 hours but that did'nt happen. On October 1st I called the company and they said they would send me a return shipping label. They e-mailed it to me to be shipped Fed-Ex but were such a small town we don't have a drop off site for fed ex. I'm very busy and don't have time to chase one down. We do have UPS in town every day and that would work better for me if you could send a pickup return with UPS. I would just like to get this garrett back to you and get my money back and go on. "
